We continuously evaluate our processes and seek to improve our drivers’ daily work routines as well as our cooperation. Girteka Group invests in their professional growth through our in-house Drivers’ Academy, providing continuous training, particularly in the areas of safety and eco-driving underlining our dedication to social responsibility..  

We also provide various opportunities for our administrative staff to learn and develop their professional skills by offering learning programs through our dedicated digital platforms as well as live seminars and workshops. To measure our progress and identify areas for improvement, we gather feedback through surveys like Speak Up.
