Nick Ghia joined Girteka Logistics on August 1, 2025. He took on the newly created strategic role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With almost two decades of experience in global logistics companies, Nick brings strong expertise in sales management and commercial strategy.
In the CRO role, Nick will be responsible for driving Girteka’s commercial direction. He will lead our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams – aligning them to strengthen market performance and ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience.
Nick brings over 15 years of international logistics experience, including leadership positions at Transporeon and C.H. Robinson. His track record of delivering business results and building high-performing commercial teams will be vital as we continue to scale and evolve.
Nick will focus on strengthening customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and improving how Girteka sells and delivers its services. His aim is to align commercial efforts to better support customer needs and enhance overall market performance.
Together with the Strategic Commercial Director, Nick will play a critical role in connecting business strategy with execution, ensuring that our commercial efforts directly support Girteka’s long-term goals.
